PLC CPUs
FX-compatible 1N / 2N / 3U series; the 3U supports 8-axis 200K pulse positioning, CAN bus and Ethernet Modbus-TCP.
View detailsFounded in 2011, we have focused on industrial automation control technology ever since, accumulating process and technical know-how year after year.
Three registered software copyrights; hardware and embedded software are both iterated in-house.
Developed on a proven PLC platform with strong noise immunity and stable quality, suited to continuous operation.
A mature platform means fast development; custom boards are reported milestone by milestone, so lead times stay predictable.
Founded in 2011, Xiamen Sinocon Electronics focuses on industrial automation control technology, developing and producing programmable controllers, application-specific control boards and microcontroller boards.
Standard products are FX-compatible programmable controllers covering the 1N, 2N and 3U series, with a wide range of digital, analog, temperature and weighing expansion modules. Custom control boards are developed to customer requirements for packaging machinery, checkweighing, motor protection, gas burners and automated production lines.

Special PLCs
Three dedicated models for weighing, DC motor drive and CT current sensing. Interfaces are built in, so no add-on modules or secondary development are needed.

Expansion modules
Five families — digital, analog, temperature, weighing and vibratory feeder — with CAN expansion ribbon cable and RS485; up to 15 modules per system.

Drive modules
Relay modules provide isolated dry contacts rated up to 16A; transistor modules accept bi-directional optocoupler input (NPN / PNP) — for output expansion or isolated driving.

Custom
Control boards and dedicated controllers built around your machine process. Logic is fixed on a proven PLC platform: fast development and strong noise immunity.
Ask about customWeighing, motors, burners, feeding — the working conditions these controllers and modules actually run in, taken from the selection guide.
Film feeding, sealing and synchronisation for flow wrappers and cartoners
Weight capture and judgement for dosing, checkweighers and silo weighing
Current transformers sense three-phase currents up to 50A, with overload and phase-loss detection
Temperature setting, ignition control and flame detection for ovens and furnaces
Bowl feeder magnet intensity adjustment and dual-head feed sequencing
Forward / reverse, speed and brake control for 24V brushed motors
Sequence control, pass / fail judgement and data logging for test fixtures
Process-specific control boards and dedicated controllers, delivered with fixed logic
Clear deliverables at every step, from requirement sign-off to volume delivery — less back-and-forth for everyone.
We confirm I/O count, communication, operating environment and installation space, and produce a requirement list.
We propose controller and module combinations with wiring plans and quotations, then confirm the technical agreement.
Samples or small pilot batches, with joint debugging and process validation on your side.
Scheduled production and 100% inspection before shipment, with long-term spares and technical support.
Most selection mistakes come from the order of the questions, not from the brand. Count I/O points and output type first, then positioning axes and high-speed counting, and confirm communication ports and expansion headroom last — this order avoids most rework.
